Job Summary
Act as a trusted partner to lawyers by managing workflows, prioritizing communications, and drafting responses to ensure deadlines are met. Prepare high-quality documents, correspondence, and reports while organizing case files, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. Support client-related activity, including reports and events, and assist with billing processes, expense submissions, and financial administration to maintain accurate records. Work independently and as part of a team across multiple UK offices in a hybrid setting, handling confidential information within compliance frameworks. This role offers visibility into various practice areas through our Talent Community hiring programme, allowing you to be matched to a suitable position based on your skills and location.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Have strong skills in Microsoft Office and document/case management systems
- Are organised, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive
- Bring a strong client service focus and a 'can-do' attitude
- Suitable for candidates with prior Legal Secretary or comparable professional services experience
