Job Summary
The position involves supporting all administrative functions, including case and calendar management, electronic document management, typing, and proofreading. Key responsibilities include transcribing dictation, preparing legal documents, filing legal documents with the courts, maintaining files, entering attorney billable time, and managing appointments and depositions. Applicants must have two or more years of experience in litigation, preferably with family law, and have an accurate typing speed of 70 wpm. The role requires knowledge of court rules, legal terminology, and strong organizational skills.

- Knowledge of various court rules and filing requirements
- Knowledge of the format of various legal documents
- Broad knowledge of legal terminology
- Demonstrate spelling, diction, and grammatical skills
- Demonstrate organizational, prioritization, proofreading, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to demonstrate impeccable integrity in confidential matters
- Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate courteously and diplomatically
- Accurate typing ability of 70 wpm
- Comprehensive computer and office equipment experience
