Job Summary
The Legal Secretary will draft and review legal correspondence, maintain attorneys’ calendars, prepare conflict of interest checks, and manage client file organization. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and familiarity with CM/ECF/PACER systems. Successful candidates will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a teamwork mentality, and a strong sense of accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years litigation secretarial experience
- Experience maintaining paperless files
- Knowledge of service deadlines for various litigation tasks including familiarity with the California Code of Civil Procedure
- Must successfully pass a background and drug screen
