Job Summary
Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing legal correspondence, maintaining files and calendars, and organizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong commitment to teamwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Case Management/Electronic Case File systems is required. Must have a minimum of two years of litigation secretarial experience and pass background checks.
Required Qualifications

- Must successfully pass a background and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Experience maintaining paperless files
- iManage experience
- Knowledge of service deadlines for various litigation tasks
