Job Summary
Provide direct support to assigned attorneys with administrative duties, time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, document management, and travel arrangements. Assist lawyers with client intake tasks including conflicts of interest and new business intake forms. Generate, edit, and post client invoices while preserving confidentiality of sensitive information. Proactively learn internal systems to solve problems, and work effectively in independent and team settings with a strong customer-service focus. Must manage multiple tasks and adapt to evolving technology platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of three (3) years of prior professional experience in a legal or professional services environment may be considered in lieu of a degree
