Job Summary
Legal Secretary supporting assigned attorneys and providing global team support with administrative duties; responsibilities include daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring, document management, travel arrangements, confidential handling of sensitive information, processing client invoices, and assisting with client intake tasks including conflicts of interest and new business intake forms; requires strong communication, independence and teamwork, multitasking, and adaptability to technology, with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) and a location-based role in Menlo Park, CA.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of three (3) years of prior professional experience in a legal or professional services environment may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
- Possess the initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Display the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
