Job Summary
Coordinate daily administrative workflows for the Legal department by scheduling, managing travel, processing invoices, and routing incoming materials. Prepare, proofread, and draft routine legal documents, correspondence, and reports while maintaining accurate records in department systems and databases. Organize and classify records according to retention guidelines, attend meetings to track action items, and perform general office duties including filing and mail processing. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive proprietary information and operate with constant alertness. Requires two years of complex administrative support experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in-office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of complex administrative support experience
- Ability to speak Yup'ik
- Ability to be in-office
- Ability to pass a drug, background, and credit screening
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to operate a vehicle under the conditions of Calista's Driving Policy
- Ability to work occasional weekend and/or evening work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working for a large corporate environment, law office, or an Alaska Native Corporation
