Job Summary
Legal Executive Search Consultant sought to drive the full recruitment lifecycle for high-capacity legal clients. Responsibilities include candidate search and acquisition using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS systems; rigorous screening and evaluation; placement and onboarding support; client relationship management and business development; market analysis and industry insights. Requires a law- or business-related bachelor’s degree (JD advantageous), 2-5 years in legal recruitment, and strong sourcing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- A Juris Doctor or another pertinent advanced degree is advantageous
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in legal recruitment or a closely related domain
- Pronounced network within the legal sector
