Job Summary
Review title work and prepare title binders/commitments for Real Estate closings by ensuring property titles are valid and examining documentation such as mortgages, liens, and contracts to verify ownership or restrictions. Research all title evidence required, obtain property descriptions and involved party names, and determine if restrictions apply to individual titles. Prepare reports describing any title obstructions and consult with pre-closers regarding title-related information. Enter data in SoftPro Select to create title binders and other documents required by lenders. This full-time role requires one year of title examiner experience and excellent communication skills.
