Job Summary
Legal Research Title Examiner role focusing on reviewing title work, preparing title binders/commitments for Real Estate closings, and verifying title validity. Responsibilities include examining mortgages, liens, contracts, researching title evidence, obtaining property descriptions and involved-party names, preparing reports on title obstructions, and data entry in SoftPro Select to generate binders and documents for lenders. Candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, able to manage time, communicate effectively, and possess problem-solving skills. Experience with SoftPro Select is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Goose Creek, SC.

- SoftPro Select experience preferred
