Job Summary
Manage regulatory licences, renewals, and ongoing reporting across multiple jurisdictions while coordinating documentation, contracts, filings, and legal records. Assist with regulatory reviews, audits, and information requests, and monitor compliance activity including transaction monitoring, sanctions, and PEPs. Conduct legal and regulatory research to summarise key requirements and support data protection processes alongside internal compliance training. This role suits a paralegal or junior lawyer with 3+ years' experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory environments within financial services or fintech. The position offers exposure to international regulation and senior stakeholders in a fast-moving, global setting with a competitive package and hybrid/remote working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong academic grounding with practical legal exposure
- 3+ years' experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles (financial services, fintech, or legal environments)
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
- Solid tech skills (Google Workspace, MS Office, AI tools)
