Job Summary
Coordinate legal recruitment and retention initiatives for the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, supporting end-to-end hiring, data-driven workforce planning, internship and pipeline programs, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing recruitment/retention metrics, maintaining databases, preparing workforce reports and dashboards, assisting with onboarding and attorney engagement initiatives, coordinating internship and pipeline programming, supporting outreach to law schools and educational partners, drafting and posting job descriptions, planning career events and job fairs, and ensuring confidentiality in personnel matters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent
- Two years of experience in community work or community-centered activities or equivalent
- Experience with recruitment analytics, workforce reporting, and ATS tools (preferred)
