Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting for Family Law Attorney positions, screen and interview candidates, and manage the candidate experience from intake through offer. Coordinate the Summer Associate/Clerkship program by coordinating timelines, building relationships with law schools, and executing recruiting events. Source candidates for corporate roles and support difficult-to-fill searches through market mapping and passive outreach. Track recruiting metrics, manage offer negotiations, and prioritize sourcing efforts based on business impact. Requires 3+ years of legal recruiting experience, proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, and strong organizational skills. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package available.
Required Qualifications
- Some education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or commensurate experience
- 3+ years of legal recruiting experience
- Direct experience recruiting attorneys
- Family Law experience
- Prior experience supporting or managing a Summer Associate, clerkship, or similar early-career legal talent program
- Sourcing experience for corporate or other hard-to-fill legal roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, legal-specific job boards)
Desired Qualifications
- Family Law experience strongly preferred
