Legal Procurement Lead

Job Summary
Lead and shape legal procurement initiatives on a global scale from our Brussels-based office. Provide practical legal guidance on commercial agreements and risk management across consulting, technology, data services, and external workforce arrangements. Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts; develop templates and guidelines to improve contracting efficiency; deliver training on legal topics relevant to procurement; and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support compliant sourcing and risk-informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in law and relevant professional qualification to practise as a legal advisor
- Experience working in an in-house legal environment, supporting procurement or commercial activities
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-legal stakeholders
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic and international environment
