Job Summary
Provide administrative support for Corporate Practice Groups by assisting with document preparation, including editing, drafting, and printing. Handle document production for mergers and acquisitions, manage time entry and billing, and support dictation services. Perform calendaring, phone management, and meeting arrangements while maintaining high confidentiality and attention to detail. Requires prior legal experience, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to meet short deadlines with limited supervision. In-office position with flexibility for extended hours when necessary.
