Job Summary
Lead and manage the medical/public health-legal partnership, overseeing strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation while building and maintaining relationships with legal organizations. Serve as the primary liaison between the partnership and internal programs to ensure alignment, and oversee operations including intake, service delivery, and referral systems. Develop training for staff on legal issues and workflows, establish quality assurance processes, and monitor outcomes to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with policy staff to share insights on legal needs and systemic barriers, facilitating cross-sector collaboration among healthcare providers and legal partners. Supervise case managers and consultants, providing guidance and performance management. This role supports RFMH's mission to promote mental health and reduce disparities for underserved populations through integrated legal and public health services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (e.g., MPH, MPA, or MSW) in related field
- 6 years of experience in program management, public health, healthcare, legal services, or a related field
- 2 years of demonstrated experience building and managing cross-sector partnerships, particularly with legal or community-based organizations
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States

Desired Qualifications
- Licensed attorney and/or JD strongly preferred
- Experience overseeing complex programs, including operations, staff supervision, and performance management
- Knowledge of quality assurance, program evaluation, and continuous improvement practices
- Experience working with diverse, criminal legal system-impacted and underserved populations with complex health, mental health and resource needs, with a commitment to health equity and social justice
- Experience working within a Medical-Legal Partnership (MLP) or similar integrated service model
