Job Summary
Coordinate with internal teams, outside counsel, borrowers, and third parties to support legal matters, commercial loan closings, foreclosure enforcement, and OREO asset management from acquisition through disposition. Review and organize legal documents, contracts, and correspondence while tracking outstanding closing items and identifying documentation or property issues. Oversee OREO assets by managing inspections, maintenance, tenant issues, and vendor work to preserve asset value through stabilization, marketing, or sale. Prepare status reports on legal, foreclosure, and disposition progress, and assist with administrative tasks including billing, scheduling, and filing. Requires 2–5 years of experience in legal, real estate, or banking; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law, Legal Studies, Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
- paralegal certificate, legal training, or equivalent practical experience
Desired Qualifications
- Approximately 2–5 years of relevant experience in legal, real estate, banking, commercial lending, escrow, title, loan closing, property management, foreclosure, or OREO asset management
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
