Legal Operations Specialist, Technology and AI

Job Summary
Support implementation and optimization of legal technology platforms and AI tools (including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio); translate business needs into requirements, process flows, and scalable solutions; develop and maintain AI-enabled workflows; identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency across legal operations; partner with cross-functional teams to design, test, deploy, and stabilize solutions; implement responsible AI practices including data handling and access controls; develop and deliver training, playbooks, and enablement resources; track adoption and performance metrics and drive continuous improvements; evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to tool selection and implementation decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting or implementing business applications in a professional, legal, or regulated environment
- Ability to translate business processes into workflows, requirements, and technical documentation
- Technical understanding of generative AI architectures, prompt engineering, and enterprise use cases
- Working knowledge of generative AI concepts and practical applications
- Experience supporting solutions across the full project management lifecycle (planning, testing, implementation, rollout, support)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Copilot Studio
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience with Claude
- Experience applying AI to automate workflows and drive process improvements
