Job Summary
Legal Operations Specialist role based in Bangkok with hybrid (3 days in-office) setup supporting Agoda's Legal team. Responsibilities include managing legal technology solutions (e-billing, contract management, document management, legality-focused AI tools), process optimization of legal operations, data analysis with dashboards and reports to track KPIs, vendor/invoice management and budget/spend reporting, project support across legal initiatives, and ensuring regulatory/compliance programs/documentation. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in legal operations or related PM/ops roles, strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in legal operations or a similar role in process improvement/project management
- Strong understanding of legal technology and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
