Job Summary
Manage contract intake, review, routing, and tracking for client, venue, vendor, and contractor agreements to ensure timely execution and visibility. Own workflow systems, templates, clause libraries, and approval processes while coordinating redlines, negotiations, and renewal monitoring to protect company interests. Oversee insurance policies, claims coordination, and incident reporting workflows to maintain proper coverage and reduce operational risk exposure. Track trademark renewals, coordinate outside counsel on filings and disputes, and monitor unauthorized use of brand assets. Coordinate business licenses, annual filings, and compliance requirements across operating states while organizing records for leadership, operations, and finance teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Risk Management, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in legal operations, contract administration, risk management, compliance, procurement, business operations, or a similar operational role
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Ability to review agreements critically and identify operational, financial, insurance, and compliance risks
- Comfortable coordinating multiple priorities and managing deadlines
- Sound judgment regarding when to resolve issues independently versus escalating higher-risk matters
- Collaborative, process-oriented, highly confidential, and committed to continuous improvement
- Strong ownership mentality with excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Desired Qualifications
- Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
- Paralegal certification, contract management, compliance, or risk management certifications are a plus but not required
- Experience reviewing commercial agreements, coordinating with outside legal counsel, managing insurance programs, or supporting compliance initiatives is preferred
- Experience in a fast-growing company, startup, professional services, events, hospitality, or multi-location business is a plus
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms, Notion, DocuSign, Dropbox Sign, Slack, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar workflow tools is preferred
- Comfortable learning new technology and business systems quickly
