Job Summary
Operational backbone of the in-house legal function, owning legal workflows, records, coordination, and NDA administration. Manage signature, execution, and records workflows for legal documents; maintain transition documentation and legal records; coordinate document flow and records logistics with outside litigation counsel; own NDA lifecycle from preparation through execution, tracking, and filing; administer the in-house legal operations engine (Excalibur); monitor workflow status and ensure timely completion of key activities; maintain confidentiality and proper handling of litigation-sensitive materials; identify opportunities to improve legal processes and operational efficiency; remote, distributed work environment; focus on reliability, responsiveness, and excellence in managing multiple parallel legal workflows with ownership and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated paralegal or legal operations experience spanning contracts, litigation support, and records management.
- Experience coordinating with outside counsel.
- Experience managing NDAs or contract lifecycles from initiation through completion.
- Ability to operate independently across multiple legal workflows.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Sound judgment handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Comfortable working with modern AI-enabled tools.
