Job Summary
Audit and evaluate Disney LGA systems to identify gaps and implement optimized processes for APAC Legal. Support the testing and configuration of legal technology tools, including AI-enabled solutions, while gathering requirements from team members and coordinating pilot programs. Lead contract administration, maintain intranet resources, and provide a center of expertise for standards and procedures. Monitor industry trends, share insights on AI in legal practice, and assist Global colleagues in analyzing data to prepare reports on metrics such as contract volumes and cost savings.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8+ years working experience
- proven track record in Legal Operations or similar
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders in a highly professional manner
- Demonstrated planning skills, including project scheduling, estimating, risk identification/mitigation, and change management
- Strong process orientation
- solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices
- Possess a curious, analytical mindset with the strong ability to apply data and insights to drive outcomes
- Possess business acumen and proven ability to react quickly, and plan proactively to meet project needs
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Has the ability to influence
- Digitally savvy
- Results-oriented
- Strong attention to detail
- Possesses a collaborative mind-set: good at building relationships across the organization and with external partners
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Strategy, Law or business-related field
Desired Qualifications
- Law firm and/or Industry background preferred
- An interest in a multinational media and entertainment environment
