Legal Operations Lead

Run the day-to-day operations of the Legal Department, managing workflows, document and matter management systems, budgets, invoicing, and vendor and outside counsel relationships. Provide oversight of the contract management lifecycle program, conducting drafting, review, execution, and tracking while flagging nonstandard terms and risks. Support the in-house real estate function by conducting initial lease reviews and coordinating with brokers to manage transactions end to end. Maintain corporate records and entity databases, overseeing formations, qualifications, amendments, and annual filings to keep every entity in good standing. Lead and oversee the law clerk program, mentoring and developing the next generation of legal talent. Support legal research, policy drafting, regulatory filings, and claims, litigation, subpoenas, and insurance matters. Work directly with the General Counsel and physicians to grow the scope of the department's impact.
