Job Summary
Draft and review agreements, NDAs, and employment documents while tracking renewals and maintaining contract repositories. Conduct regulatory research across jurisdictions, summarize findings for leadership, and support board materials and corporate filings. Coordinate legal and operational initiatives, manage internal documentation, and assist with onboarding and vendor workflows. Maintain organized filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion. This internship offers broad exposure to the legal and operational functions of a systematic, technology-first investment manager focused on commodities and alternative markets.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in law
- Strong interest in legal operations, compliance, corporate matters, financial services, or business operations
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and asking questions when needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and areas of the business
Desired Qualifications
- Previous internship, academic, or professional experience in legal, compliance, finance, operations, or a related area
- Legal studies, business, finance, or related academic background
- Familiarity with contracts, corporate governance, compliance, or employment matters
- Experience with DocuSign, document management platforms, spreadsheets, or other business tools
- Interest in financial markets, investment management, technology, or fintech
