Job Summary
Coordinate workflow processes within Gowling WLG's legal operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supervising team members, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely management of administrative, financial, and operational tasks. Act as a central point of leadership to support communication, task delegation, and execution of responsibilities to achieve team and organizational objectives. Utilize case management systems and data rooms, and perform searches using tools such as the Land Registry portal. Demonstrates strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with clients, agents, and third parties. Hybrid working arrangement based in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating workflow processes and supervising team members
- Proficiency with case management systems and data rooms
- Experience using Land Registry portal or similar property/document-lookup tools
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with clients, agents, and third parties
