Job Summary
Build and maintain integrations across Filevine, Lead Docket, Domo, and AI tools using REST APIs, webhooks, and native connectors to capture case data, marketing spend, and lead sources. Configure phase mapping, UTM tracking, and Magic ETL dataflows to ensure accurate attribution from first click through to a signed case. Design dashboards and reports for KPIs and firm performance, then ship AI-driven workflows using the Anthropic API to automate document processing and reduce manual effort. Monitor pipelines for uptime, troubleshoot breakages, and document all configurations to prevent tribal knowledge dependency. Maintain strict data security and confidentiality across every system while translating firm requirements into reliable, independently delivered working systems.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining API integrations, including REST APIs, OAuth authentication, and webhooks
- Hands-on coding ability in Python and/or JavaScript
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience building dashboards and reports in a business intelligence platform
- Experience designing and maintaining ETL or data pipelines
- A track record of taking business requirements and independently delivering working systems with minimal hand-holding
- Working knowledge of marketing attribution and tracking, including UTM parameters or equivalent methods, and how lead source flows from a website visit into a CRM or intake system
- A serious data-security mindset and the discipline to handle confidential information appropriately
Desired Qualifications
- Domo experience (Magic ETL, Beast Mode, Streams API)
- Comparable experience in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker with a willingness to learn Domo
- Direct experience with Filevine and/or Lead Docket
- Experience integrating AI or large language models, especially the Anthropic (Claude) API, including prompt engineering
- Law firm or legal industry experience
- Familiarity with integration platforms (Workato, Zapier, Make) and cloud storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob)
- Experience with the Domo Developer toolset or CLI
