Job Summary

Support legal leaders in engaging with customer and prospect legal teams by preparing comprehensive intelligence, briefing documents, and strategic talking points for peer-to-peer technical sales conversations. Curate compelling content and messaging for the Intelligent Agreement Management platform, translating complex product capabilities into clear value propositions tailored to the legal persona. Partner with Marketing to co-develop pitch-perfect materials, design automated agentic solutions to streamline operations, and draft enablement collateral including case studies. Act as the operational engine for the outreach program by building and optimizing workflows, schedules, and tracking mechanisms to scale the peer-to-peer initiative. Serve as the dedicated legal lead for industry conferences and executive roundtables, developing the strategic narrative for Docusign's legal presence and analyzing event performance to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience in operations, legal operations, or program management
  • Experience with the legal technology industry, modern legal operations tools, and the specific workflow pain points faced by corporate legal departments
  • Experience building and deploying digital agents or advanced automated workflows
  • Experience advising, preparing, and collaborating with senior legal executives and cross-functional leadership teams
  • Experience helping colleagues and stakeholders adopt new tools and processes
  • Experience effectively communicating complex technical and legal concepts to diverse audiences, including legal and commercial teams, and fostering cross-functional collaboration
  • Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship

Desired Qualifications

  • Outstanding writing and drafting skills with a proven track record of creating effective corporate messaging, marketing content, or executive briefing materials
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, with the ability to look at a product through the lens of a specific buyer persona (the in-house lawyer) and craft messaging that resonates with them
  • Experience with commercial contracting processes (both customer and supplier)
