Job Summary
Review contracts with business partners covering consignment, sales, procurement, and confidentiality matters while negotiating terms and creating revised templates. Manage advertising display reviews, respond to legal consultations, and strengthen information security and compliance systems by supporting manual creation and regulations. Coordinate with external contractors and conduct in-house training, while initiating projects to resolve legal risks for new advertising products and exploring AI tools for contract review.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate legal experience
- Ability to respond promptly with hospitality that supports the business and other team members
- Communication skills to accurately grasp the needs of management and stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in the advertising industry
- Experience reviewing English-language contracts
- Corporate legal experience in personal information and other privacy-related areas
- Knowledge of AI and information processing technologies
