Job Summary
Legal Manager in Brazil focused on Brazilian matters with an emphasis on commercial contracts (including distribution and resale), bidding processes, and competition law. Acts as a legal business partner to internal teams across regulatory, finance, HR, supply, and operations; collaborates with global Legal Affairs and assists the Director/Assistant General Counsel LATAM in designing and implementing solutions for the legal team. Supports development and review of corporate policies (commercial, distribution, bidding) and commercial partnerships, incentive campaigns, and related templates/databases, while managing interactions with outside counsel. Requires a university degree, OAB active status, and at least 10 years of experience; fluent English and advanced Spanish; proactive approach.
