Job Summary
Legal intern to join White & Case's Corporate M&A practice in Shanghai. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, translating and reviewing legal documents, conducting/assisting with due diligence, assisting with preparation and coordination of project proposal documents, and providing legal support to lawyers, associates, and partners. Qualifications include Law Student (LLB or LLM) from a top China law school, prior M&A/transactional internship preferred, native Mandarin and fluent English, strong computer literacy, good communication skills, client-service orientation, and being a team player. Internship duration is 3 months with possible extension based on performance and business needs. The role is based in Shanghai.
Required Qualifications

- Prior internship experience in M&A or transactional experience preferred
- Native Mandarin and fluent English is essential
