Job Summary
Evaluate prospective new client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing case fit while ensuring every potential client feels seen, heard, and empowered. Coordinate with intake attorneys to set up consultations for high-value cases and leverage the Lead Docket CRM to manage all aspects of the firm's intake process. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outbound sales tactics, build partnerships, and generate feedback and reviews. Play an active role in helping continually improve the intake process. This role supports a team of nine attorneys specializing in personal injury, property insurance disputes, construction defects, and disability disputes.

- Sales-Driven: You have a passion for converting leads into signups and are motivated by the impact you can have on our firm's growth.
- Proactive & Organized: You are a proactive communicator who can handle keeping multiple tasks on track and ensuring smooth transitions between different phases of an intake process.
- Prior Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience isn't a requirement, but a big plus for applicants interested in this position.
- Data Entry Skills: Prior experience with roles requiring data entry and spreadsheet management skills is a plus.
- CRM Proficiency: Our intake specialists spend leverage our CRM in everything they do on a day to day basis, so prior experience with a CRM platform will make you stand out from other applicants.
