Oversee and manage transactional processes to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate documentation for financial transactions. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (legal counsel, credit risk management, and other departments) to ensure timely and efficient execution of transactions. Create, review, negotiate, and manage legal documents such as loan agreements and security documents; provide transaction support, including due diligence and drafting of transaction summaries. Develop and implement transaction processes and procedures to ensure consistent execution; proactively identify and communicate applicable laws, rules and regulations (LRRs) and keep policies and controls updated. If applicable, lead a team, coach others, and drive collaboration across business divisions, aligning with Barclays Values and Mindset to empower, challenge, and drive high performance.
