Job Summary
Own and manage ongoing legal matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements with partners, vendors, and customers. Handle employment law issues, coordinate with external counsel, and identify risks to provide practical business recommendations. Support financial operations by preparing management reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating with the external CFO and accounting partners. This hands-on role bridges legal and finance responsibilities for a mobile games publisher specializing in hyper and hybrid casual games. The position requires a licensed attorney in Israel with strong commercial legal experience and significant financial acumen, ideally combining legal and CPA qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed attorney (Israel)
- Relevant experience in commercial/corporate legal work, either in-house or in a commercial law firm
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Familiarity with employment law and employment agreements
- Good financial understanding and ability to work with reports, budgets, and financial data
Desired Qualifications
- CPA qualification / accounting background - significant advantage
- Experience combining legal and financial responsibilities - strong advantage
- Experience working with technology companies or startups - advantage
- Excellent attention to detail alongside strong business judgment
- Independent, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of a broad range of responsibilities
- Ability to work directly with senior management and external professional advisors
