Job Summary
Conduct outbound outreach to estate planning and elder law attorneys to introduce partnership opportunities and schedule introductory meetings. Research law firms to identify potential partners, maintain accurate CRM records of all activities, and coordinate meetings, webinars, and networking events. Support marketing initiatives aimed at legal professionals while providing general administrative and operational assistance. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. This part-time externship offers hands-on experience in business development within the legal and financial services industry for candidates pursuing a Juris Doctor degree.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or enrolled in a law school externship program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking over the phone
- Professional, personable, and comfortable networking with attorneys and other professionals
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in estate planning, wealth management, business development, or attorney relations
