Job Summary
Review and analyse HM Land Registry title registers, deeds, and conveyancing documents to identify and verify landowners, occupiers, and third-party interests. Assist in preparing schedules of land interests and statutory notices while supporting Compulsory Purchase Orders, Development Consent Orders, and other statutory processes from initiation through to construction. Liaise with landowners, solicitors, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate identification of land ownership and due diligence compliance. Maintain accurate land referencing databases and prepare clear, concise reports for clients. Support project delivery to meet strict deadlines within a hybrid working environment across major infrastructure, planning, and development projects.
Required Qualifications
- Legal qualifications (degree/GDL or equivalent)
- Relevant experience
- Knowledge of land law and property documentation
- Strong attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

Desired Qualifications
- Experience of warrants
- Previous paralegal/ legal executive or Solicitor experience, ideally within property, planning, or infrastructure
