Job Summary
Coordinate pre-sale agreements, negotiate with purchasers, and liaise with purchasers' solicitors on residential development projects. Assist with residential sale and purchase transactions, support subdivision work, and undertake property searches, due diligence, and LINZ-related tasks. Maintain accurate matter records and key dates while communicating progress clearly to clients, lawyers, banks, councils, and surveyors. Progress files from early stages through settlement under accessible supervision. Based in Auckland, this role offers hands-on training and direct client exposure within a collaborative team focused on meaningful business outcomes.

- Equivalent relevant experience
- Sound grounding in residential conveyancing
