Job Summary
Manage proactive diary and email scheduling, organize fee earner calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements and meetings. Handle file management by opening and closing matters, produce and amend documents in Microsoft Office Suite, and process monthly client billing and corporate expense reconciliation. Build and maintain client portfolios, manage client databases with key contact information, and develop productive working relationships with stakeholders and team members across the firm. Requires excellent prioritization skills, high accuracy, and advanced MS Word/Excel proficiency within a collaborative Adelaide team.
Required Qualifications

- A proactive and flexible attitude and high degree of initiative
- The ability to clearly and confidently communicate at all levels
- Previous experience within the legal industry or professional services environment
- Significant experience using file management software

- Advanced MS Word skills, including document creation and presentation
- Strong understanding of MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and other software
