Job Summary
Control Manager – Associate in EMEA Legal Entity Risk Assessment Operations responsible for collating and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to inform legal entity risk assessment ratings, coordinating aggregated ratings with local and business control managers, tracking progress against milestones, and drafting assessments with input from subject matter experts. Requires advanced data analysis, project management, and strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and Boards. Preferred experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Alteryx; benefit from background in Compliance and Operational Risk Evaluation (CORE) / Controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify top inherent risks, elevated residual risks, and emerging risks across 48 legal entities; contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality risk assessments.
