Legal Entity Controller - Analyst - Korea

Job Summary
Be the gatekeeper of Korea Securities’ numbers—own reporting, protect integrity, and set the control standard. Responsible for monthly LEC attestations, various monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, and ensuring the integrity of financial statements and regulatory reporting. Partner with regional controllers to apply Legal Entity Control Standards consistently across legal entities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Control, Business Management, Operations) to implement new or revised regulatory returns; conduct impact and gap analyses to support new regulatory requirements and product rollouts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Accounting/finance experience with strong technical proficiency and business acumen
- Fluency in English and Korean, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
