Job Summary
Legal Entity Controller role in our Finance team focused on monthly close, intercompany accounting, and legal entity reporting. Responsibilities include month-end close, parent/child accounting, equity pickup, review of inter-entity balances, analytical reviews of entities, preparation of reports and regulatory commentary, investigation and resolution of issues, support for model reviews and compliance with Legal Entity Control Standards, monitoring of general ledger, consolidation and netting activities, and participation in firmwide reporting projects and process improvements. Requires 5 years’ experience in analytical/financial roles, understanding of US GAAP/IFRS or local GAAP, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint). Preferred: Tableau and Alteryx; flexibility to work in EMEA shifts. Bachelor’s degree required; CA/MBA in Finance are a plus.
