Job Summary
Own the numbers behind the Legal Engineering function by building dashboards for Pilot Win Rate, Time-to-Value, and Usage Rate. Automate manual workflows and maintain trackers for performance reviews, pilots, and rollouts. Support strategic initiatives ranging from org design to program launches, while running weekly updates and monthly review cycles. Coordinate the hiring pipeline from culture interviews to onboarding logistics to ensure new hires ramp quickly. This role serves as the data and operations backbone for the North America team, reporting to the Global LE Operations Lead and partnering with regional stakeholders. Based in New York, this position offers a direct hand in how the fastest-scaling function operates within Legora's AI-native workspace.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in strategy consulting, or business operations, ideally in high-growth tech or professional services
- Strong data skills
- Fluency in spreadsheets
- Comfort with Claude
- Light no-code or scripting skills
- Excellent organizational instincts
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Bias toward action
- Passion for process improvement
- This role is preferably based in New York
