Job Summary
Create a repository and hierarchy of contracts in the CLM tool by identifying parent-child linkages and ensuring data remains up-to-date. Analyze commercial agreements including Master Agreements, Service Agreements, and NDAs to assess critical clauses such as Governing Law, Indemnification, and Intellectual Property Rights. Perform manual and auto-extraction of contract data using AI and visualization tools for management and interpretation. Validate AI outputs for supervised machine learning and risk review while presenting findings in clear, concise formats. This role supports the legal engineering team in Noida, India, focusing on automating contract lifecycle management through advanced data analysis and tool configuration.

- 2+ years in managing CLM tools
- Experience in AI validation
- Clause Categorization

- Ability to challenge the status quo and deliver effectively with what can often be ambiguous requirements
- Good English language proficiency
