Job Summary
Identify use cases, draft development plans, and build tools and workflows for M&A tax solutions in collaboration with tax specialists, computer scientists, and AI engineers. Contribute to the delivery of technology-driven solutions for clients in direct and partner-led settings while creating purpose-built internal tooling using third-party platforms and emerging AI. Work across practices and geographies to enhance team effectiveness throughout the full deal lifecycle. Bring your own ideas and approaches to a collective KPI framework where your voice carries weight from day one within a dedicated Amsterdam team focused on technological innovation in professional services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Tax Law, Tax Economics, or Tax Technology
- fluency in both professional English and Dutch
- 1–2 years of experience in an M&A environment, with a solid understanding of deal dynamics and the role of tax within them
- an entrepreneurial mindset: you are confident challenging the status quo, take initiative, think independently, and are comfortable making decisions
- a critical and analytical approach to problems, combined with the curiosity to keep learning
- a genuine and intrinsic interest in AI and an interest in the evolving role of technology in professional services
Desired Qualifications
- tangible experience with prompt engineering, workflow engineering, or agent engineering is preferred
