Job Summary
Legal Engineer role for litigation and regulatory focus. Bridge customers, sales, and product to translate real legal work into Harvey solutions; lead discovery and tailored product demonstrations; translate feedback from litigators and regulatory practitioners into concrete product direction; collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape Harvey’s roadmap and ensure trust in deployment; build workflows and use cases reflecting real-world legal workflows and AI-enabled transformations; require JD or equivalent and 3+ years in litigation/regulatory practice; strong communication and executive presence; enthusiasm for AI-driven legal practice; client-facing experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- JD or equivalent legal qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in a litigation or regulatory practice (e.g., complex commercial litigation, government investigations, antitrust and competition regulation, IP litigation, or related practice) at a top-tier law firm, government agency, or sophisticated in-house legal team
- Strong understanding of litigators' and regulatory lawyers' workflows and demands
- Executive presence and relationship-building skills with credibility with legal professionals at all levels
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for live product demos and customer conversations
- Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal practice
- Solutions-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for working directly with customers
