Job Summary
In-house Legal Engineer role to bridge customers, sales, and product, leading tailored product demonstrations and translating real legal work into Harvey solutions that deliver clear value for lawyers and business teams. You’ll work directly with in-house legal teams to uncover workflow pain points, translate feedback into concrete product direction, and collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape Harvey’s roadmap while showcasing how AI can transform legal workflows.
Required Qualifications
- JD or equivalent legal qualification
- At least 3 years of experience practicing law in-house and/or advising corporate legal departments at a top-tier law firm or sophisticated company legal team
- Strong understanding of in-house legal workflows and risk management
- Executive presence and relationship-building with legal professionals and business stakeholders
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal practice
