Job Summary
Custom Solutions team builds tailored AI tools for leading strategic customers. The role scopes, designs and implements custom agents, playbooks and prompts to address high-priority use cases, with solutions stored for scalable access and opportunities to travel onsite to build relationships with senior stakeholders. You’ll partner with Harvey’s Go-to-Market and Product teams to surface feedback, pilot features, and deliver measurable growth; create and maintain reusable assets to speed future deployments.
Required Qualifications
- JD or equivalent legal qualification
- 5+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer at a top-tier firm and/or in-house legal team
- Curiosity about testing various approaches, evaluating deliverable quality and optimizing for customer outcomes and experience
- Strong communication skills and a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results
- Interest in driving positive change in the legal industry through AI
- Experience using AI tools in legal practice is a plus
