Legal Engineer - Custom Solutions

Custom Solutions team builds tailored AI tools for leading strategic customers. The role scopes, designs and implements custom agents, playbooks and prompts to address high-priority use cases, with solutions stored in the Harvey instance for scalable access. Team members travel onsite to build relationships with senior stakeholders to support rollout, and partner with Go-to-Market and Product teams to surface opportunities and pilot features. Responsibilities include establishing understanding of Harvey's platform, building reusable assets, prototyping and testing, communicating market feedback to Product and Engineering, and delivering measurable growth. Requires JD or equivalent legal qualification and 5+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer at a top-tier firm and/or in-house legal team; strong communication skills and a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders; interest in AI-driven change in the legal industry; experience with AI tools in legal practice is a plus.
