Job Summary
Legal Engineer (Corporate) at Harvey supporting corporate lawyers with discovery, tailored product demonstrations, and translating legal workflows into Harvey solutions. Collaborates with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape roadmaps; builds demos and use cases reflecting corporate legal practices; demonstrates capabilities tailored to customer needs and increases adoption of AI in legal workflows. Requires JD or equivalent and 3+ years in transactional practice (M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, fund formation, real estate, EC/VC) with strong communication, executive presence, and client-facing experience. Plus: experience in law firm business development, transaction management, or cross-functional collaboration is a plus. Compensation $270,000 - $320,000 USD OTE 70/30, location in Dallas, TX, with remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- JD or equivalent legal qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in a transactional practice such as M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, fund formation, banking, EC/VC, real estate or related practice areas at a top-tier law firm or sophisticated in-house legal team
