Job Summary
Legal Engineer (Corporate) at Harvey who bridges customers, sales, and product to support the sales strategy and product development for corporate legal teams. Role requires translating real corporate legal work into Harvey solutions, delivering tailored product demonstrations, uncovering workflow pain points with corporate lawyers, and shaping roadmaps with product, engineering, and sales teams. JD or equivalent qualification with 3+ years in transactional practice (M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, private funds, EC/VC, real estate) and strong communication/presentation skills; interest in AI’s impact on legal services; prior client-facing or business development experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- JD or equivalent legal qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in a transactional practice such as M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, fund formation, banking, EC/VC, real estate or related areas
- Strong understanding of workflows and demands faced by corporate lawyers
- Executive presence and relationship-building with legal professionals at all levels
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for demos and customer conversations
- Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal practice
- Practical solutions-oriented mindset and customer-facing experience
