Job Summary
Lead client delivery by managing Centari's project engagements for AmLaw 100 firms, ensuring on-time rollouts and preemptive issue resolution. Own the operational infrastructure by building workflows and tracking systems that scale implementation teams without chaos. Translate complex client needs into specific, prioritized technical requirements for the Applied Legal Research team while preparing business reviews to document ROI and drive value conversations. You will act as the primary face of the implementation team, building trusted advisor relationships with senior legal executives and managing multiple concurrent workstreams under competing priorities. Based in NYC or willing to relocate, you bring 4+ years in enterprise project management and experience building processes from scratch at early-stage companies.
